About me, Sam Wakeman
I’m Sam, the properietor of Wakeman’s Garden and Property Care.
I live in Prestbury, Cheltenham, with my family – my wife and three boys… Not forgetting the two dogs. I’ve lived in Prestbury for around 15 years now, but have always been in Cheltenham. I have a real love for all that I do, and when I’m not busy working, I enjoy utilising the beautiful surroundings we live in by walking the dogs over the hills.
While growing up in Cheltenham, I’ve honed my skill set to be able to offer an extremely high end service for my customers. In my younger years I worked for a variety of different gardening companies and builders so that I could get a wide range of experience and learn the best ways to complete each task.
Throughout my career, I have picked up various qualifications, experience and knowledge to offer a complete service, covering a wide variety of areas.
The business
My business was formed and established in 2016. Since then, we have taken on many projects and really enjoyed doing it; from complete garden redesigning, fencing, planting project through to external and internal redecorations, hanging blinds and lock installations.
We maintain the gardens at some of Cheltenham’s best pubs, such The Plough Inn and The Royal Oak, as well as some of our regency town’s most recognised buildings. We are happy to take on all levels of work from commercial to domestic, covering care homes, pubs, housing estates, industrial estates/units to small lawns and even just odd weeding jobs for local residents.
Since we started we have grown to having two teams around the town with a huge skill set, but still like to deliver a very personal touch to our service. All members of the team always greet you with a smile and will do whatever it takes to complete the job to the best level possible, in line with the core values of the business.
